FMD recently shipped its first FMD-060EV Small Volume Prover to Pasadena, Texas. This meter prover will be paired with a turbine meter and used in a distillate and gasoline application, ensuring highly accurate and efficient custody transfer measurement.
The FMD-060EV Small Volume Prover provides the following benefits:

When proving ultrasonic or Coriolis meters “Flight Time” is crucial. For helical turbine meters, pulses per pass or increased prover volume are key. The FMD EV Line of Provers extends our already successful prover design to achieve longer flight times and more volume. Typically 0.8 to 1.0 second flight times are desired for ultrasonic and Coriolis meter, which the FMD EV Prover Line easily achieves. With its 50% greater volume capacity in comparison to other FMD Small Volume Prover models, the FMD EV Prover line provides enhanced versatility and performance.
